Our History
In 1987, J.B. Construction started out in the remodeling business. It remodeled homes for clients. In 1989, J.B. Construction progressed into building custom homes for customers and commercial structures. Since that time, J.B. Construction has primarily built Dream Homes for its customers.

J.B. Construction is a construction company that prides itself on customer service. Along with a Quality Product, we believe that customer service is a core principle in a business' success.

We at J.B. Construction pledge to take every measure necessary to ensure that your new home is constructed with only the finest materials and assembled by the finest craftsman to assure your satisfaction within the plans, designs, and specifications of your contract.

We provide maximum quality and value to the home and homebuilding process for every new home we build. We achieve our mission by executing the following five core Principlies:

• Instilling confidence in the marketplace and our customers that our homes are constructed using quality materials and contractors. This is demonstrated at our models and our homes under construction throughout the area.
• Educating our customers about the homebuilding process prior to beginning construction. This helps establish the homeowners understanding of our exceptional customer service standards and information requirements.
• Executing the construction of the home with attention to every fine detail consistent with the project specifications.
• Answering questions and resolving issues that may arise for customers during and after completion of the home through our customer service professionals.
• Maintaining a "continuous improvement" philosophy to become more effective and effecient in our approach to home building.
